By enrolling in the “Navigating Leadership in the Cockpit” course and accessing the First Class Leaders website, you agree to these terms and conditions.Course Content and Use:
The course content is extracted from credible sources and is intended for guidance only. It is subject to interpretation and based on the latest research available at the time of creation. We endeavour to keep the course content current, but there may be instances where newer research or information is not included.Privacy and Intellectual Property:
Course materials provided by First Class Leaders are for personal use by registered participants only. Copying, sharing, or using these materials for commercial purposes without prior consent is prohibited.Consent for Sharing DiSC Profiles:
As part of the collaborative learning process, participants consent to the sharing of their DiSC profiles with other course members. This sharing is limited to the context of the course activities.Discretion and Liability:
The information and strategies provided in the course and on our website should be used as a supplement to your professional judgment. First Class Leaders is not responsible for the interpretation or application of the course content by participants in their personal or professional decisions.Expertise of Course Facilitators:
All course facilitators are seasoned pilots, each holding an ATPL license and boasting several years of extensive experience in the aviation industry. Their collective expertise forms the backbone of the course’s content and teaching methodology.Payment and Class Seat Reservation:
To secure your spot in the class, prompt payment is required upon registration. Please note that your seat will not be reserved until payment is completed. Be aware that classes are limited to a maximum of 12 participants to ensure a quality learning experience.Refund Policy:
All payments made for the “Navigating Leadership in the Cockpit” course are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we offer the flexibility to change your course date, subject to the following conditions:Change of Course Date:
You may request to change your course date, provided that you give a minimum notice of 7 days before the start of the originally scheduled course. This allows us to manage our class sizes effectively and offer your spot to another interested participant.Short Notice Changes:
Any requests to change your course date made less than 7 days before the course start date will not be accommodated. Such changes are considered non-refundable and non-changeable.Special Requests:
In exceptional circumstances, First Class Leaders may consider requests for changes within the 7-day window at our discretion. Approval of such requests is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
