The DiSC assessment is such a valuable tool that helps you to understand how you and your colleagues show up in varying circumstances and why situations are dealt with the way they are. Having this knowledge allows you to be a more effective leader, communicate more effectively and be more vulnerable with your colleagues. As a captain myself, it is essential to facilitate an environment of open learning and open communication and this course gives you the tools to do just that. Kyle is also a fantastic facilitator- he creates a safe room to open up and really allows the conversation amongst participants to flow. Highly recommend for all pilots and leaders!

Great leadership course on how to know yourself and how to deal with others in a productive, professional manner. Lots of active listening and respectful questions lead to better leaders, improved performance and beneficial outcomes. Entering the aviation industry I was looking for another opportunity to grow my knowledge and experience in taking steps to improve myself. I went into the course expecting to learn more about perception vs perspective as well as what makes a great first officer and a better captain.
